Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A $100 deposit will be charged up-front for booked guide trips. Deposit is due within 7 days of receiving invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days your spot will no longer be guaranteed.
Cancellation within a 14-day period from the trip date will receive a refund of deposit. Inside the last 14 days deposit is forfeited. If trip is canceled by Berkshire Rivers Fly Fishing due to weather or unfavorable conditions, 100% of deposit will be returned.
