Deposit/Cancellation Policy

*Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A $100 deposit will be charged up front for booked guide trips. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is done within a 5 day period from the trip date. Inside the last 5 deposits are forfeited. If the trip is canceled by Berkshire Rivers Fly Fishing due to weather or unfavorable conditions 100% of deposit will be returned. Deposit is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days your spot is no longer guaranteed. The remainder is due the day of our trip, please pay the balance to your guide in cash or check on the day of your trip. We will go rain or shine, so please be prepared to be out in the elements for the day. This is an outdoor excursion, weather is sometimes NOT optimal. Depending on the weather, you should bring extra layers, rain gear, etc. I will have a dry bag to store these items. Other items you should have with you include: hat, sun glasses, camera and lunch/water. You will need a valid fishing license (Massachusetts) or a different state if we venture in a different direction (you will know ahead of time)
